Personal Secretary

A voice-first personal AI agent for me and my immediate family.

What it does

Personal Secretary is a private AI assistant accessed through an iOS Shortcut widget or LINE chat. It accepts a short voice or text instruction and performs concrete tasks on the user's own accounts:

• Create or read calendar events on the user's Google Calendar
• Send LINE messages to a pre-configured family group
• Append notes to the user's personal Obsidian vault
• Trigger pre-approved local automation jobs (launchd) on the user's own machine

Who can use it

This is a private personal project intended for the maintainer (thomas@drxbio.com.tw) and a small set of inner-circle family members. It is not offered as a public service.

Why Google Calendar full scope

The agent must be able to create new calendar events on the user's behalf (based on a voice instruction such as "schedule a 9am meeting with X tomorrow"), read upcoming events to prepare pre-meeting briefings, and remove auto-generated health-probe events as part of its own daily self-test. These together require the full https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar scope.

Open source

The source code lives in a private repository on GitHub. The architectural design and decisions are documented in the maintainer's personal notebook.
